COMMUNITY HOPE DAY

First Saturday of each month from 11 am - 1 pm

​

A 2 hour FREE event for people in need: those economically challenged, lonely, out of a job, homeless, and/or seniors who need to get out and socialize more.

 

Each event includes:

·       A hot meal

·       Used and new clothing for all sizes, toiletries, toys, and housewares

·       Adult socializing and insight activities

·       Children crafts and games

·       Live entertainment

·       A trip to our Micro Pantry

·       Opportunity for a 1-on-1 meeting with a certified social worker

·       Bingo and card games with prizes

·       Gift card and/or cash giveaways

·       Lots of kindness and fun!

NEW DONATION INFORMATION:

​

1) Used clothing – drop off at the church on the Monday before each Hope Day (Oct 27, Dec 1, Dec 29, Feb 2, Mar 2, etc.) so we can prep it the next day during Women's Ministry time. 

 

2) Household goods – drop off at the church from 3:30–5:30 PM on Friday, the day before each Hope Day (Oct 31, Dec 5, Jan 2, Feb 6, Mar 6, etc.) so we can put it right where it needs to go for the next Hope Day.
