COMMUNITY HOPE DAY

First Saturday of each month from 11 am - 1 pm

A 2 hour FREE event for people in need: those economically challenged, lonely, out of a job, homeless, and/or seniors who need to get out and socialize more.

 

Each event includes:

·       A hot meal

·       Used and new clothing for all sizes, toiletries, toys, and housewares

·       Adult socializing and insight activities

·       Children crafts and games

·       Live entertainment

·       A trip to our Micro Pantry

·       Pet Food (dogs/cats, sometimes small animals and birds)

·       Opportunity for a 1-on-1 meeting with a certified social worker

·       Bingo and card games with prizes

·       Gift card and/or cash giveaways

·       Lots of kindness and fun!

NEW DONATION INFORMATION:

​

1) Used clothing – drop off at the church on the Tuesday before each Hope Day. 

 

2) Household goods – drop off at the church from 3:30–5:30 PM on Friday, the day before each Hope Day so we can put it right where it needs to go for the next Hope Day.
